What had Ailsa gotten herself into? A wealthy weirdo had called and wanted to meet in person. Ailsa didn’t even know the guy, but her gut told her that it would be in her best interest to accept the offer. And so she got off the train at Ciudad Enamorada and made her way to the Beso Rápido Motel.
At first glance, the motel wasn’t a very pleasant place. It was filthy and run down, and honestly would not have been Ailsa’s first choice for a rendezvous. If she’d been a wealthy weirdo, she’d’ve picked a much nicer place to meet up with someone who caught her eye.
But the wealthy weirdo more than made up for his questionable choice in rendezvous location. His name was Geoffrey, and he was surprisingly into Voidcritters even though he was a full adult. Despite his self-proclaimed cheapskate title, he was actually quite charming. One thing led to another, and…
While Ailsa had never been the type to woohoo on a first date, there was just something about Geoffrey that pulled her in. They had just barely met, but she could really see a future with Geoffrey.
They stayed the night together in the motel, and the next day Geoffrey dropped Ailsa off at GeekCon in San Myshuno. Ailsa wasn’t too happy to be back in San Myshuno, but she had always wanted to attend GeekCon, and Geoffrey had given her enough money to purchase a subway ticket all the way to the other side of SimNation.
So Ailsa decided to enjoy her time in GeekCon. She bought some souvenirs, and then decided to try her luck at the GeekCon challenges.
Much to her surprise, she actually won 1st place at the Hackathon. She didn’t understand how, she’d never tried programming before, but she’d scored a 60%, and won a computer. But before she could try out the Ultimate Gaming challenge, she started feeling a little sick.
A moment of panic struck her. Could she be pregnant? She and Geoffrey hadn’t used protection last night, so it was possible. She quickly bought a pregnancy test from a nearby shop and went to take it.
